       all and Singular the said Tract of Land and Premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances
       unto the said Henry Garrett his Heirs and Assigns for ever And also That he the
       said Henry Garrett his Heirs and Assigns shall and may at all times hereafter Peaceably
       and Quietly have hold Occupy Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the said Tract of Land
       and Premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances without the Lett Trouble hindrence
       Molestation Interruption and Denial of them the said Samuel Bonham and Tamlinson
       his Wife their Heirs or Assigns and of all and every other Person and Persons
       whatsoever And Likewise That the said Tract of Land and Premisses abovementioned
       with the Appurtenances is Clear and free from all Incumbrances whatsoever The Quit
       Rents and Alienation Fines henceforth to grow due to the Lord of Fee as reserved
       by the Patent only excepted And further That the said Samuel Bonham & Tamlinson
       his wife their Heirs Exors & Adm.rs will Warrant and Defend the said Tract of Land and
       Premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof
       unto the said Henry Garrett his Heirs & Assigns from all Persons whatsoever And
       Likewise That the said Samuel Bonham & Tamlinson his Wife and their Heirs and all
       and every other Person and Persons and his and their Heirs anything having or Claiming
       in the said Tract of Land above mentioned with the Appurtenances or any part
       thereof by from or under them shall and will from time to time and at all times
       hereafter at the Reasonable Request and at the Cost and Charge of him the said
       Henry Garrett his Heirs or Assigns make do or Execute or Cause to be made done or
       Executed all & every such further and other Lawfull & Reasonable Act and Acts thing
       and things Device and Devices Conveyance & Conveyances Assurance & Assurances
       in the Law whatsoever according to the true Intent and meaning of these Presents
       for the further better and more perfect Granting Conveying and Assuring of all &
       Singular the said Tract of Land and Premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances
       and every part thereof unto the said Henry Garrett his Heirs and Assigns
       forever as by the said Henry Garrett his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council
       Learned in the Law shall reasonably devised or advised and required And Lastly
       the said Samuel Bonham and Tamlinson his Wife hath Constituted Ordained and
       in their stead and place put and by these Presents Doth Constitute Ordain and
       in their stead and place put Michael Webster, Samuel Webster, Amos Garrett and
       Daniel Scott True and Lawfull Attorneys or any one of them for them and in their
       Name to Acknowledge these Presents to be the Act and Deed of the said Samuel
       Bonham and Tamlinson his Wife and the Land and Premisses herein before mentioned
       to be the Estate Right and Title of the said Henry Garrett ^as^ afsd according to the
       Act of Assembly of that Province in such Cases made and provided They the said
       Samuel Bonham & Tamlinson his Wife hereby ratifying & Confirming whatsoever
       their said Attorneys or either of them shall do in that behalf by force and Virtue of
       these Presents as fully as if the said Samuel Bonham & Tamlinson his Wife
       was personally present In Witness whereof the said Samuel Bonham and
       Tomlinson his Wife hath set their hands and Affix'd their Seals the day
       and Year above Written
