       Lott lying and being in the Same County containing one hundred
       Acres of Land more or less and all that other Tract or parcell of
       Land with the appurtenances called Cousans's Chance lying
       and being in Kent County af.d on a Branch issuing out of
       Swan Creek called Hynsons Haven containing Sixty Eight
      Acres more or less and for the settling and assureing the same
       Severall Tracts or parcells of Land with the appurtenances
       to & for the uses Intent and purposes herein and hereby after
       limited expressed mentioned and Declared as for and in consideration
       of the sum of nine thousand Pounds of Tobacco to the
       Same Edward Cousans in hand already paid by the same W.m
       Yearly Jun.r and W.m Yearly the receipt whereof is hereby
       acknowledged and for Diverse other good causes and considerations
       him thereunto moveing Hath granted remised released and
       confirmed and by these presents for himself and his heirs doth grant
       remise release and confirm unto the Same W.m Yearly Jun.r in his
       actual possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to
       him thereof made for one Year by Indenture bearing Date the
       Day next before the Day of the Date of these presents and by Virtue
       of the Statute made for transferring uses into possession and to
       his heirs and assigns for ever all the af.d three Tracts or parcells
       of Land called Parkers Rest Cousans's Lott and Cousans's
       Chance with the appurtenances thereunto belonging To have     
       and to hold all and Singular the Same three tracts or parcells
       of Land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging and every
       part of them and each of them unto the Same W.m Yearly
       Jun.r his heirs and assigns for ever to the intent and purpose
       that the same W.m Yearly Jun.r may become perfect
