       Be it remembered that on the fifth Day of August
       Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and forty five the within named
       Edward Cousans came and personally appeared before me
       one of the Right Honourable the Lord Propry his Justices of
       the Prov.l Court of Maryland and acknowledged the within
       written Indenture to be his proper Act and Deed In testimony
       whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand the Day & year
6     above Written
Recorded Sept.r 13.th 1745                Jn.o Brice


Ex.d        This Indenture Tripartite made this third
       Day of August in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand
       Seven hundred & forty five between Edward Cousans of
       Kent County in the Province of Maryland Planter of
       of the first part W.m Yearly Jun.r of the same County
       Planter of the Second part and W.m Yearly Senior of the
       Same County Planter of the third part Witnesseth that
       the same Edward Cousans as well for the Docking barring     
       and cutting of all Estates Tail Reversions Remainders
       and all other Estate and Estates Tail Reversions Remainders
       and all other Estate and Estates terms and Interests heretofore
       erected limited and Declared of for in or concerning
       all that tract or parcell of Land called Parker Rest with
       the appurtenances thereunto belonging lying and being in
       Kent County af.d on the East Side of Chesepeak Bay in
       the Creek called Swan Island Creek and in a Bay of the
       Same Creek called Hynson Haven containing by Estimation
       fifty Acres more or less and all that other Tract or parcell
       of Land with the appurtenances called Cousans
