          Tenant of the freehold of the Same three Tracts of
       Land and appurtenances whereby one or more common
       recovery or recoverys shall and may thereof be had and
       Suffered in manner and form hereafter following for
       which intent and purpose it is hereby covenanted granted
       concluded and agreed upon by and between all the partys
       af.d to these presents that it shall and may be Lawfull to
       and for the af.d W.m Yearly Sen.r to bring and prosecute
       against the same W.m Yearly jun.r one or more Writ or Writs
       of Entry Sur Disseizin en le post returnable before the
       Justices of the Prov.l Court of Maryland af.d at a Court
       to be held for the Same Province at the City of Annapolis
       the Second Tuesday of September next ensuing the Date
       of these presents of and for the three Tracts or parcell of
       Land af.d with the appurtenances to which said Writ
       or Writs the Same W.m Yearly Jun.r Shall appear Gratis
       and Vouch to Warranty thereof the af.d Edward Cousans
       party to these presents who shall also appear and enter
       into Warrant and Vouch over the common Vouchee
       who shall also appear and enter into Warranty for the
       af.d hereby granted premisses and appurtenances &
       then Shall imparle and afterwards Depart in contempt
       of the Court and make Default so that thereupon one
       or more common recovery or recoverys with double
       Voucher over may be had Suffered and Executed and all
       and every other thing and things done & perfected needfull
       & necessary for the haveing Suffering and perfecting
       the Recovery or Recoverys af.d according to the Course
       of common recoverys in Such Cases used and that
