       him the same Edward Cousans of in and to the same and each
       of them and every part and parcell of them and each of them
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       thereof To have & to hold all and Singular the af.d three
       tracts or parcells of Land and each of them with the premises
       and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the same
       W.m and his assigns from the Day next before the Day
       of the Date of these presents for & Dureing the term of one
       whole year ^from^ thence next ensuing and fully to be compleated
       and ended to the intent and purpose and better to
       enable the Same Edward Cousans to grant release and
       Convey all and Singular the af.d herein and hereby granted
       and bargained tracts and parcels of Land with the
       premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging and
       the Reversion and Inheritance thereof unto the Same W.m
       yearly Jun.r and his heirs & assigns for ever to the uses intent
       and purposes and in such sort & manner as the Same Edw.d
       Cousans now intends Shortly hereafter to grant release &
       convey by Indenture intended to bear Date the Day next
       after the Day of the Date of these presents In Witness
       whereof the partys af.d to these presents have hereunto
       interchangeably sett their hands & seals the Day & year
       first above written
          Sealed & Delivered                  Edw.d Cousans   Seal
          in presence of us
