       Warranty and Vouch over to the common Vouchee who shall
       also appear and enter into Warranty for the same hereby
       granted premisses with the appurtenances and then shall
       imparle and afterwards Depart in contempt of the Court
       and make Default so that thereupon one or more common
       Recovery or Recoverys with double Voucher over may
       be had Suffered and Executed and all and every other thing
       and things done and perfected needfull & necessary for
       the haveing Suffering and perfecting the Recovery or
       Recoverys af.d according to the Course of common recoverys
       in Such Cases used And that the Same recovery or
       Recoverys Shall be Executed by Writ or Writs of Habere
       facias Seizinam and it is hereby further covenanted
       granted concluded and agreed by & between the partys
       af.d to these presents and every of them for themselves
       & their heirs respectively that the same Recovery and
       Recoverys So as af.d to be had Suffered & Executed and
       all Recoverys Settlements and assureances had or to
       be had made levyed Executed or Suffered by or between
       the partys af.d to these presents and every of them of or
       for the af.d Tract or parcell of Land with the appurtces
       or any part thereof Shall be and enure and Shall be     
       Deemed adjudged and taken to be and enure to and for
       the Sole and proper use of the af.d Benjamin Kirby his
       heirs and assigns for ever And that the Same Benj.a
       Kirby from & immediately after the Suffering & executing
       the Recovery or Recoverys af.d Shall by Virtue thereof
