93) and of these presents Stand and be lawfully Seized of and in the Same tract or parcell of Land and appurtenances to and for the proper use of him the same Benjamin Kirby his heirs and assigns for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the partys af.d have hereunto interchangeably Sett their hands & seals the and year first above written Tho.s Williamson Seal Cornelius Brooksby Seal Benj.a Kirby Seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t The within Deed written on two Sheets of paper was signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of W.m Rogers John Wilmott Jun.r Be it Remembered that on the Second Day of August Anno Dom Seventeen hundred & forty five the within named Benj.a Kirby Cornelius Brooksby & Thomas Williamson personally came and appeared before me one of the right Honourable the Lord Propry his Justices of the Prov.l Court of Maryland and did Severally acknowledge the within Deed written on two Sheets of Paper to be their Act & Deed to and for the uses intent and purposes therein mentioned In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand the Day & year above written 10 Recorded Sept.r 10.th 1745 W.m Rogers vide recovery recorded in Lib E I N.o 9 folio 526 Ex.d This Indenture made this Second Day of August in the year of our Lord Christ one Thousand seven hundred and forty five Between Edward Cousans of Kent County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one part (&) |
