       Tract or parcell of Land commonly known by the name
       of Bady Neck containing and laid out for two hundred
       Acres of Land more or less containing and being within
       the Lines and Boundarys af.d with all & Singular the premisses
       and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have & to hold
       all & Singular the af.d hereby granted and released tract
       or parcell of Land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
       unto him the af.d Cornelius Brooksby his heirs & assigns
       for ever to the intent and purpose that the Same Cornelius
       Brooksby may become perfect Tenant of the freehold of
       the same hereby granted Tract or parcell of Land with
       the appurtenances whereby one or more Common Recovery
       or Recoverys Shall and may thereof be had & Suffered in
       manner & form hereafter mentioned for which intent &
       purpose it is hereby Covenanted granted concluded and
       agreed upon by and between all the partys af.d to these
       presents that it shall & may be lawfull to & for the Same
       Thomas Williamson to bring and prosecute against the Same
       Cornelius Brooksby one or more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur
       Disseizin en le post returnable before the Justices of the
       Prov.l Court of Maryland af.d at a Court to be held for
       the Same Province at the City of Annapolis the second
       Tuesday of September next ensuing the Date hereof &
       for the af.d hereby granted & released tract or parcell of Land
       with the appurtenances to which said ^Writ or^ Writs the Same Cornelius
       Shall appear Gratis & Vouch to Warranty thereof the Same
       Benjamin Kirby who shall also appear and enter into
