89) ^ensueing^ and fully to be compleated & ended to the intent and purpose and the better to enable the same Benjamin Kirby to grant release & Convey all & singular the af.d hereby granted and bargained Tract or parcell of Land with the premisses & appurtenances thereunto belonging and the Reversion & Inheritance thereof unto the Same Cornelius Brookesby his heirs & assigns for ever to the uses intent & purposes & in such sort & manner of the same Benjamin Kirby Doth now intend Shortly hereafter to grant release and convey by Indenture intended to bear Date the Day next after the Date of these presents In Witness whereof the partys af.d have hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands & Seals the Day & year first above written Benj.a Kirby Sealed & Delivered Seal in presence of W.m Rogers John Wilmott Jun.r On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t) Be it remembered that on the first Day of August Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and forty five the within named Benjamin Kirby personally Came and appeared before me one of the Right Honourable the Lord Propry his Justices of the Prov.l Court of Maryland & acknowledged the within written Deed to be his proper Act & Deed In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the Day and year above written 3 1/2 Recorded Sept.r 13.th 1745 W.m Rogers |
