85) bargained premisses with their and every of their appurtences Except as before Excepted to him the Said James Johnson his heirs and assigns for ever to Such uses and purposes as Shall be Declared by the Said James Johnson by writing under his hand & Seal and Indorsed on these presents or otherwise & to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Daniel Dulany for himself and his heirs doth Covenant Grant & agree to with the Said James Johnson his heirs & assigns that the said Severall & respective Tracts of Land with their & every of their appurtenances are free & Clear of and from all Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever occasioned by any Act or thing Done or Caused or occasioned to be Done by the Said Daniel Dulany or any other person or persons whatsoever by his means or procurement & that the said Daniel Dulany and his heirs Shall & will for ever Defend all & Singular the bargained premisses with the appurtenances to the said James Johnson & his heirs & assigns against him the said Daniel Dulany and his heirs & all persons Claiming from by or under ^him or^ them and that he the said Daniel Dulany Shall and will at any time within three years from the Date of these presents at the proper Cost and Charges of the said James Johnson Execute any further or other Deed or Conveyance to the Same end and purpose of these presents for the better and further assurance and Conveyance of the premisses to the said James Johnson his heirs & assigns for ever that Shall be resonably Advised Devised or required by the said James Johnson his heirs & assigns In Witness whereof the Said Daniel Dulany hath to these pres set his hand & Seale the Day & year above written D Dulany Seal (sealed) |
