Ex.d        This Indenture made the Eighth Day of May
       in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and forty five
       between Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r of the one
       part & James Johnson of the same Place Merchant of
       the other part Witnesseth that the Said Daniel Dulany
       for and in Consideration of Seven hundred & twenty two
       Pounds Sterling to him in hand paid by the said James
       Johnson the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       hath Bargained Sold made over & confirmed and by these
       presents Doth bargain Sell make over & Confirm unto
       the Said James Johnson all those Severall Tracts &
       parcells of Land in Baltimore County one called Boughtons
       Forest Containing according to the grant or patent
       thereof five hundred & Seventy five Acres more or less
       Jacobs Choice containing according ^to^ the grant or patent
       thereof Seven hundred & Seventy Eight Acres more or
       less the further addition to Boughtons Forest containing
       according to the Grant or patent thereof Seventy Nine ^Acres more or less & Addition to Boughtons Forest Containing according to the Grant or Patent thereof^
       twelve Acres more or less in all fourteen hundred &
       forty four Acres together with all Buildings Improvements
       proffits advantages and appurtenances to the Said Several
       Tracts or parcells of Land and every of them belonging or
       appurtaining and also all patents Grants Deeds and
       Conveyances whatsoever concerning or relating to w.ch
       Said Tracts of Land and every of them Saving to the
       Several Tenants on the Said Lands the Completition of
       their present Growing Cropps with full Liberty & removers
       the Same To have & to hold all & Singular the
