86) Sealed & Delivered in the presence of W.m Rogers On the Back of the aforegoing Deed John Cambell was thus Endorst (Viz.t) May the 8.th 1745 Received from M.r James Johnson Seven hundred & twenty two Pounds Sterling the £ 722 St Consideration within mentioned Test D Dulany W.m Rogers Memorandum that on the Eighth Day of May Seventeen hundred & forty five Daniel Dulany part to the within Deed acknowledged the Same before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.l Court of Maryland according to the Act of Assembly in Such Cases Provided And at the Same time M.rs Henrietta Maria Dulany Wife of the said Daniel Dulany being Examined a part from her Said husband acknowledged & Declared that She Voluntarily Relinquished all Claim of Dower of in and to the Severall Tracts of Land within mentioned and every of them without being compelled or Induced thereto by any threats of her said husband or apprehension of his Displeasure W.m Rogers Maryland fs Whereas Daniel Dulany Esq.r by the within Deed hath bargained & Sold the Land therein mentioned with the appurtenances ^un^ to me James Johnson (of) |
