81) them To have & to hold all & Singular the bargained premrs with their and every of their appurtenances to him the Said Alexander Lawson his heirs & assigns for ever to such uses & purposes as Shall be Declared by the Said Alexander Lawson by writing under his hand & Seale and Indorst on these prests or otherwise and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said John Boring and Sarah his Wife for themselves and their heirs Doth Covenant grant & agree to & with the Said Alex.r Lawson his heirs or assigns that the said two Tracts of Land with their and every of their appurtenances are free & Clear of & from all Charges & Incumbrances whatsoever occasioned by any Act or thing Done or Caused or occasioned to be done by the said John Boring and Sarah his wife or any other person or persons whatsoever by their means or procurement and that the said John Boring & Sarah his Wife and their heirs Shall & will for ever Defend all & Singular the bargained premisses with the appurtenances to the Said Alexander Lawson & his heirs & assigns against them the Said John Boring & Sarah his Wife their heirs and all persons Claiming by or under them and that the said John Boring and Sarah his Wife Shall and will at any time hereafter when thereto required Execute any further or other Deed or Conveyance to the same end and purpose of these presents for the Better and further assurance & Conveyance of the premisses to the said Alex.r Lawson his heirs & assigns for ever that Shall be reasonably advised Devised or required by the Said Alex.r (Lawson) |
