       Received of Alexander Lawson the Sum of Sixty Pounds
       Sterling being the Consideration money of the within ment.d
       Lands & premisses Witness our hands this 17.th Day of June

       the within written Indenture with the Lands & premisses
       therein mentioned to be the Right title and Interest
       of the within mentioned Alex.r Lawson his heirs &
       assigns for ever and at the Same time Sarah Partie
       to the within Deed being Secretly examined out of the
       hearing of her Said husband did freely clearly & Voluntarily
       give up all her right title Dowerey Claim & Demand
       whatsoever of & unto the within mentioned Lands
