622) Addition to the Shady Grove Beginning at Two Bounded Black Oak Saplings standing on the giving line of Shady Grove Growing from one Root and a Bounded Chesnutt Tree and Running thence North thirty five deg.s West Sixty five Perches then North forty two Degrees East forty four Perches then North Sixty two degrees East forty Perches then South fifty seven degrees East Sixty six Perches then South Sixty three Perches then by a Streight Line to the first Beginning Trees Containing and laid out for fifty four Acres more or less together with all Rights Profits and Benefits thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining Royal Mines Excepted To have and to hold the said One Hundred and four Acres of Land contained in the two tracts above named unto the said Edward Crow his Heirs and Assigns for Ever And the said Tho.s Hutchcraft doth for himself his Heirs Executors & Admins.t Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Edward Crow his Heirs and Assigns for Ever that he the s.d Tho.s Hutchcraft his Heirs and Assigns shall and will from time to time and at all times Warr.t and defend the said Lands for Ever from all persons whatsoever together with the Houses out Houses Orchards Gardens Water Woods and under Woods and all other the Premisses unto the said Edward Crow his Heirs and Assigns for Ever according to the true intent and meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof I the s.d Tho.s Hutchcraft have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the day and Year above written Thomas Hutchcraft Seal Signed Sealed and Delivered in Presence of Alex.r Warfield son of Rich.d Nicho.s Gassaway son Tho.s On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Aug.t the 19.th 1749 I do hereby acknowledge to have Rece.d (of) |
