621) Rec.d of D.r Charles Carroll four Shill.s Sterl Alienation fine on the within Land for use of the L.d Propry I say Rec.d P me Sep.r 13.th 1749 5 Recorded September the Benj.a Tasker 14.th 1749 Ex.d This Indenture made this Nineteenth Day of August in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand seven Hundred forty and Nine Between Thomas Hutcher aft of Annar.l County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and Edward Crow of Prince Georges County in the Province afs.d Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Tho.s Hutchcraft and Hannah Wife of the s.d Hutcher aft for and in Consideration of the Sum of forty Eight Pounds fifteen Shillings Sterl Money to him in hand paid at the Receipt ^W^hereof he doth Acknowledge himself fully Satisfied Contented and Paid Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold and Aliened and Confirmed unto the said Edward Crow and to his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and do by these Presents Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the s.d Edward Crow his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that Tract or Parcell of Land called and and known by the Name of Shady grove lying and being in Frederick County in the Province afs.d Beginning a Three Bounded Chesnut Saplings standing at the Head of Hawlings River the most Northamost Head thereof and Running thence South fifty deg.s W forty Perches, then North thirty five Degrees West two Hundred Perches then North fifty Degrees East forty Perches then with a Streight line to the first Beginning Trees Containing and now laid out for fifty Acres of Land moore or less and also one Tract or Parcell of Land called and known by the Name of the (Addition) |
