Ex.d This Indenture made this fifth day of September in
       the Year of our Lord God One Thousand seven Hundred forty and
       Nine by and between Peter Bingan of Baltimore County and
       Elizabeth his Wife on the one Part and Charles Carroll of
       Annapolis in Ann Arundel County Surgeon on the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said Peter Bingan and Elizabeth his Wife
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty Pounds Current
       Money of Maryland and also for divers other good causes and
       Considerations them thereunto moving Hath Given Granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       Presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Alien Enfeoff and Confirm
       unto him the said Charles Carroll all the Right Title Intrest
       and Claim in Law or Equity of Dower or otherwise of in or to a
       certain Tract of Land called William and Elizabeths Fancy
       lying in Baltimore County Granted unto a certain William
       Little the former Husband of Her the said Elizabeth for one
       Hundred Acres together with its Appurtenances To have and
       to hold unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever All the said Tract of Land called William and Elizabeth
       Fancy with its Appurtenances and the said Peter Bingan
       and Elizabeth his Wife doth Covenant and agree with him
       the said Charles Carroll that he the said Charles Carroll
       and his Heirs and Assigns shall and may have hold and
       Enjoy the said Land and Premisses as well against them the
       said Peter Bingan and Elizabeth his Wife or either of them
       as against all manner of Persons Claiming or to Claim of from
       by or under them or either of them In Witness whereof and the
       foregoing Premisses the said Parties to these Presents have
       Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the day and
       Year first above Written
