       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Vizt
       Balt County fs
                                  Sep.r 5.th 1749

       Then Came before Us two of the Justices of the Peace for Baltimore
       County Peter Bingan and Elizabeth his Wife and acknowledged
       the within Deed and the said Elizabeth Bingan being Privately
       Examined apart from her said Husband Declared she did the same
       freely and Voluntarily and without the Threats or Compulsion of her
       said Husband or fear of his Displeasure according to the Act in
       that Case made and Provided

Ex.d This Indenture made this fifth Day of September in the
       Year of our Lord God One Thousand seven Hundred forty and nine
       by and between William Seabrook of Baltimore County Planter on the
       one Part and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Surgeon
       on the other Part Witnesseth that the said William Seabrook for and in
       Consideration of one Indented Deed of Exchange of Equal Date
       with these Presents made by him the said Charles Carroll unto
       him the said William Seabrook of these two Tracts of Land called
       Taylors Farm One Hundred Acres Granted unto a certain Thomas
       Taylor and London fifty Acres Granted unto him the said Charles
       Carroll both Contiguous lying in Baltimore County on the Drafts
       of Patapsco River at a place called the Soldiers Delight
       Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Exchanged and by
       these Presents doth Give Grant Bargain Sell and Exchange
       to and with him the said Charles Carroll all that Tract or
       Parcell of Land called Pleasant Green Granted unto a certain
       Murtough Maccdowel of Baltimore County for One Hundred
       Acres Situate lying and being in the County of Baltimore
