       and for divers other good causes and Considerations him
       thereunto moving he the said Darby Ryan hath Granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by
       these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe
       and Confirm unto the said Edward Dorsey and his
       Heirs all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Brandywine
       Spring lying formerly in Prince Georges County but
       now in Fredrick County Beginning at a Bounded
       White Oak standing by the side of a great Meadow that
       lyes upon a Branch of Linganore Creek and running
       thence North forty nine Degrees West sixty four Perches
       then North thirty two Degrees East One hundred and
       six Perches then South Eighty five Degrees East forty
       Perches thence South ten Degrees West forty Perches thence
       South twenty four Degrees West forty eight Perches thence
       South ten Degrees East One Hundred and twenty three
       Perches then by a Streight Line to the Beginning Containing
       and laid out for fifty Acres of Land more or less And all
       and singular the Houses Gardens Meadows and Improvements
       to the same belonging and also the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Right Estate Interest Benefit
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Darby
       Ryan of in and to all and Singular the said Premisses and
       of in and to every part and Parcell of them To have and &
       to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land and all and singular
       other the Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to
       be hereby Granted with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns ^for Ever to the only use and behoof of him the said Edward Dorsey his heirs and Assigns^ And
       the said Darby Ryan for himself and his Heirs the said
       Tract or Parcell of Land and all and singular other the
       Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto him the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns
