       to the only Proper use and Behoof of him the said Richard
       Snowden his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said John
       Mobberly for himself his Heirs and Assigns Doth further
       Covenant and Agree to and with the said Richard Snowden
       the afs.d four several Tracts of Lands with the Premises and
       Appurtenances ^for^ ever will Warrant and Defend to him the said
       John Mobberly his Heirs and Assigns or any other Person or
       Persons Whatsoever In Witness whereof the said John
       Mobberly hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his Seal
       the Day And Year above Written                 his
       Signed Sealed and                                John I Mobberly Seal
       Delivered in the Presence of Us                   mark

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed
       Viz.t June the Nineteen Day 1749  Received of M.r Richard
       Snowden the Sum of forty Pounds Current gold it being the
       Consideration Money within mentioned

             Memorandum that on the Nineteenth Day of June Anno Dom
       1749 Came the within Named John Mobberly and did acknowledge
       the within written Indenture to be his Act and Deed And
       the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right of
       the within Named Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever ^and^ at the same time came the Wife of the said John
       Mobberly who being Examined seperately And out of the
       Hearing of her Husband according to the Directions of an  
       Act of Assembly in that case made and Provided did
       acknowledged that she did freely and Voluntarily Renounce
       all her Claim and Right of Dower in and to the said
