       Planter of the one part and Richard Snowden of the County and
       Province afs.d Iron Master of the other Part Witnesseth that the
       said John Mobberly being Legally and Rightfully Possessed of
       in and to four Parcels or Tracts of Land the one of which Tracts
       called the Bear Ground Containing Fifty seven Acres also one
       other Tract called Hammond's Delight containing forty acres
       also one other Tract called Red Oak Hill Containing thirty acres
       and also one other Tract called Rich and Levell containing one
       Hundred and Twenty Acres the three first abovementioned Tracts
       of Land Situate lying and being in Ann Arundel County and
       the other last mentioned Tract called Rich and Levell Situate
       lying and being in late Prince Georges Now called Frederick
       County for and in Consideration of the Sum of forty Pounds
       Current Gold Money to him in hand paid by the said Richard
       Snowden the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and every part thereof doth fully Acquit Exonerate
       and Discharge him the said Richard Snowden his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns For ever Hath given
       Granted Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by
       these Presents doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Enfeoffe
       and Confirm unto him the said Richard Snowden his Heirs and
       Assigns for Ever all those four several Parcels or Tracts of Land
       Situate lying and being as before Expressed Containing in the
       whole four several Tracts two hundred and forty seven Acres of Land
       more or less together with all Rights Issues Profits Enrollments
       and Appurtenances to the same Incident or anyways appertaining
       with all and Singular the Houses Out Houses Woods under Woods
       Cultivations Improvements and Hereditaments whatsoever with
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders to the
       same belonging To have and to hold the said Granted
       Lands with all and singular the Premisses and Appurtenances
