604) Seal In Præmissorum fidem Will Tudman Not.s Pubs At the foot of the aforegoing Power of Attorney was thus Endorst Vizt 1749 June the 7 1749 Then Came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court for the Provincial Court for the Province of Maryland Samuel Wood and Lancelot Jacques two of the Subscribing Evidences to the aforegoing Power of Attorney and severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they saw the above named William Hunt Esq.r sign and Seal and as his Act and Deed deliver the said Power of Attorney to the Uses therein mentioned Jn.o Brice 6 1/2 Recorded June 9.th 1749 Vide Substitution Endorsed on the aforegoing Power of Attorney Recorded in Liber E I N.o 12 folio 293 Ex.d Vide Deed to which the following Alienation belongs Recorded heretofore in this Book fol.o 588 Reced for the use of ^the^ Right Honble the Lord Baltimore one Shil & four Pence Sterl being for the Alienation of one third of One Hundred 1/2 Acres of Land as w.th this 23 June 1749 Benj.a Tasker Ex.d Vide Deed to which the following Alienation belongs Recorded heretofore in this Book fol 591 June 24 1749 Reced for the use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore five 1/2 Shil & four pence Sterl being for the Alienation ^fine^ of One third part of the w.thin Lands Benj.a Tasker Ex.d This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of June Anno Domini One Thousand seven hundred and forty Nine Between John Mobberly Senior of the County of Ann Arundell and Province of Maryland (Planter) |
