       Do give grant and Confirm unto the said Benjamin Mackall
       Junior his Heirs and Assigns for Ever All that Tract or Parcell of
       Land called the first Part of Free Gift formerly lying in Cecil
       but now in Kent County Containing by Patent two Thousand
       Acres of Land more or less with all Buildings and Improvements
       and also all Profits and Appurtenances thereunto belonging and
       appertaining To have and to hold all and Singular
       the Land and Premisses afs.d with the Appurtenances unto him the s.d  
       Benjamin Mackall Junior his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to the
       only proper use and Behoof of him the said Benjamin Mackall
       Junior his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to no other use intent
       or Purpose whatsoever And the said Benjamin Mackall and
       Barbara his Wife for themselves their Heirs Executors and
       Administrators do Covenant Promise and Grant to and with
       the said Benjamin Mackall Junior his Heirs and Assigns by
       these Presents that the said Benjamin Mackall Junior his
       Heirs and Assigns shall and Lawfully may from henceforth for
       ever Peaceably and Quietly have hold use Occupy Possess and
       Enjoy the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses above
       mentioned to be hereby given and granted with their and every
       of their Appurtenances unto him the said Benjamin Mackall
       Junior his Heirs and Assigns for Ever In Witness whereof
       the said Benjamin Mackall and Barbara his Wife have
       hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first
