       the Parties to these Presents and either of the said Parties Doth by
       these Presents Covenant Grant and fully Agree to and with the
       other in manner and form following (That is to say) that the s.d Recovery
       of all and Singular the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and
       other the Premisses shall for ever immediately from and after the
       Recovery and Execution had be and remain and all and every
       Person and Persons which now or at the time of the said Recovery to be
       had shall stand and be Seised of the said Lands and Premisses or
       of any part thereof to the use of the said Catherine Playsay her Heirs
       and Assigns for Ever and not to any other use or uses whatsoever

       Son of the said Benjamin and Barbara of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said Benjamin Mackall and Barbara
       his Wife for and in Consideration of the Natural Love and Affection
       which they have and bear unto their said Son Benjamin Mackall
       Junior have Given Granted and Confirmed and by these Presents
