       the said Road South thirty four Degrees East sixteen Perches
       then with a Streight Line to the Beginning Post Containing seventy
       three and one Quarter of Acres of Land more or less together with all
       and Singular the Improvements Conveniences Advantages and appertenances
       thereunto belonging ^or^ in any wise appertaining which the
       said Catherine Playsay late Purchased of the s.d John Jones Party
       to these Presents by certain Names Number of Acres and Quantity
       of Land in the said Writ to be Specifyed unto which Writ the said
       Catherine Playsay shall appear Gratis and take upon her the
       Tenancy of the said Lands Tenements and other the Premisses with
       the Appurtenances and Vouch to Warranty the said John Jones
       Party to these Presents who shall likewise appear Gratis and
       after shall make a Departure in Despight of the Court so that
       Judgment shall be thereupon given that the said John Sutton
       shall Recover the said Lands and Tenements with their Appurtenances
       and other the Premisses in the said Writ to be Contained
       against the said John Jones and that the said John Jones shall
       Recover in Value against the s.d Catherine Playsay Party to these
       Presents and the said Recovery so to be had shall be made according
       to the form of Common Recoverys in such Cases used And further
       the said John Sutton John Jones and Catherine Playsay Parties
       to these Presents and the ^s.d^ Common Vouchee and either and every
       of them shall and will make do acknowledge Execute and
       suffer all and every such Act and Acts thing and things whatsoever
       meet and necessary or expedient for the Prosecution of the
       said Recovery and the Execution thereupon according to the form &
       Order of Common Recoverys in such Cases used And it is further
       Covenanted Granted and fully Agreed on by and between all
