        Presents Covenant Grant and full Agree to and with the Others of
        of them in manner and form following that is to say that the
        said John Sutton shall on this side and before the third Tuesday
        of May Next Ensuing the date of these Presents purchase
        and Sue out of the High Court of Chancery of the Right
        Honourable the Lord Proprietary one Original Writ of
        Entry Sur Disseissin in Le post Against the said Catherine
        Playsay returnable before the Justices of the Provincial Court
        of the Province of Maryland at a certain time in the said
        Writ to be mentioned and thereby shall Demand against the said
        Catherine Playsay all that Part of a Tract of Land called Hazard
        Situate lying and being in Prince Georges County afs.d Beginning at a
        Locust Post standing in the main Road that leads from Quandoes Old
        fields to Piscataway Town and at the End of sixteen Perches of the
        first Line of the s.d Tract it being a West Course Running thence with
       the Original Line of the afs.d Tract West one hundred and thirty four
       Perches with the said Road then North fifty four Perches to the Main
       Road that Leads from Mattawoman Fresh to the afs.d Piscataway Town
       then up the said Road and with it North twenty one Degrees East
       thirty four Perches then North forty seven Degrees East fourteen
       Perches with the said Road then North fifty three and a half degrees
       East Eighty Perches with the said Road North forty one Degrees East
       fifty four Perches with the said Road then North Seventy five and a
       half Degrees East twenty four Perches with the said Road then
       North fifty two Degrees East fifteen Perches with the said Road
       to a Locust Post then up the Main Road that Leads from the s.d
       Piscataway Town to Quandoes Old fields and with it South
       thirty one Degrees East fifty nine Perches with the said Road
       South Nineteen Degrees East twenty two Perches then with
