       and agree to and with the said Rich.d Snowden his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
       and assigns that the Land and premisses af.d according to the meets
       and Bounds af.d for ever hereafter against all manner of persons
       Claims whatsoever to warrant and Defend Provided nevertheless
       and it is the true intent and meaning of the granter & grantee in
       these presents anything therein to the Contrary notwithstanding
       that if the above named John Sitton His heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
       or assigns do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above named
                                                                                        Rich.d Snowden
       his heirs or assigns the sum of thirty five Pounds Current money
       af.d with Lawfull Interest on the same on or before the twelfth
       Day of April Anno Dom one Thousand seven hundred forty seven
       then the above Deed and every Clause and article therein contained
       shall be void and of none effect In Testimony whereof the
       parties af.d to these presents have Interchangeably sett their
       hands and Seales the Day and year first above written
