58 him the said John Sitton by the said Richard Snowden before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents hath granted Bargained Sold Sett over and Confirmed and by these presents he the said John Sitton doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs Admin.rs and assigns grant bargain sett over Sell and Confirm unto the said Richard Snowden his heirs and assigns forever all that Tract or parcell of Land called Desire lying in Prince Georges County laid out for the said John Sitton the twentieth Day of November Anno Dom one Thousand Seven hundred forty one Beginning at a bounded White Oak Standing on a knowl on the East Side of Hawlings River near a peice of Land now in Possession of Larkin Peirpoint and running thence South Ten Degrees East forty P.s then North Eighty Degrees East forty &.c then North forty five Degrees East one hundred and forty Eight P.s then North fifty Degrees West forty five P.s and thence with a streight Line to the beginning Tree containing forty seven Acres of Land more or less together with all and Singular the improvements Benefits and advantages thereon or or in any ways appertaining or belonging to have and to hold the land and premisses af.d unto him the said Rich.d Snowden his heirs and assigns for ever to the ^only proper^ use and behoof of him the said Rich.d Snowden and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said John Sitton doth hereby for himself his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and assigns Covenant promise (and) |
