       by these Presents and for divers other good Causes and Considerations
       him thereunto moving he the said Henry Ridgely hath Granted Bargained
       Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents
       doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the s.d
       Samuel Ogle and his Heirs one third Part of all ^that^ Tract or Parcell
       of Land called Ridgelys Addition lying in Prince Georges County
       Containing One hundred Acres of Land And all and Singular
       Houses Buildings Yards Orchards Gardens and Improvem.ts
       to the same belonging and also the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Right Estate Interest Claim and
       Demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Ridgely of in and to
       all and Singular the said Premisses and of in and to every
       Part and Parcell of them To have and to hold the said
       Land and all and Singular other the Premisses herein before
       mentioned and intended to be hereby Granted with their and
       every of their Appurtenances unto the said Samuel Ogle his
       Heirs and Assigns for Ever to the only use ^and behoof^ of him the said
       Samuel Ogle his Heirs and Assigns And the said Henry
       Ridgely for himself and his Heirs the said Parcel of Land and
       all and Singular other the Premisses with their and every of
       their Appurtenances unto him the said Samuel Ogle his
       Heirs and Assigns against all Persons whatsoever shall &
       will Warrant and for Ever Defend and the said Henry Ridgely
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant Grant
       and agree to and with the said Samuel Ogle his Heirs and
       Assigns by these Presents that he the said Henry Ridgely and
       his Heirs and all and every Person or Persons whatsoever having
       or Lawfully Claiming my Estate Right Title or Interest
