       him or any of them shall and will from time to time and at all
       times at and upon the Reasonable Request and Proper Costs
       and Charges in Law of the said Samuel Ogle his Heirs and
       Assigns do make Levy Execute Acknowledge and suffer all
       and every such further and other Reasonable Act or Acts thing &
       things Assurance or Assurances Conveyance or Conveyances
       for better Assuring the said Land and Premisses unto the s.d
       Samuel Ogle his Heirs and Assigns as by the said Samuel
       Ogle his Heirs or Assigns or his Council Learned in the
       Law shall be Reasonably devised Advised or required In
       Witness whereof the Partys to these Presents have hereunto
       Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and
       Year first above Written                        his

       Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of
       the Provincial Court the within named Henry Ridgely Junior
       and acknowledged the within Instrument as his Act and
       Deed and the Lands and Premisses herein mentioned to be the
       Right of his Excellency Samuel Ogle Esq.r within mentioned
       and his Heirs according to the True Intent and meaning of
       the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made
