       is that from and Immediately after the said Common Recovery
       or Recoverys shall be had and Prosecuted as afs.d of the Land and
       Premisses the said Recovery or Recoverys shall be and Enure &
       are hereby declared to have been intended to be and Enure that
       the said John Gassaway and every other Person that shall be
       Seized of the Premisses or any Part thereof by Virtue of the s.d
       Common Recovery or Recoverys shall stand and be Seized thereof
       and of every Part and Parcell thereof with their and every of
       their Appurtenances to the only use and Behoof of the said
       Henry Ridgely his Heirs and Assigns and to no other use
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       set their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above

Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty fourth Day of May in
       the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and forty nine
       Between Henry Ridgely Junior of Ann Arundel County of the one
       Part and His Excellency Samuel Ogle of the same County Esquire
       of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Henry Ridgely for and in
       Consideration of the Sum of Ten Pounds Lawfull Money of Great
       Britain to him in hand paid by the said Samuel Ogle before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he
       doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every Part and Parcell
       thereof doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and
       Discharge the said Samuel Ogle his Executors and Adm.rs
