581) and Granted Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances and then shall Imparle and afterwards depart in Contempt of the Court and make Default so that thereupon one or more Common Recovery or Recoverys with Double Voucher over may be had suffered and Executed and all and every other thing and things done and Perfected needfull and necessary for the suffering and Perfecting the same Recovery or Recoverys according to the Course of Common Recoverys in such Cases used and that the same Recovery or Recoverys shall be Executed by Writ or Writs of Habere facias Seizinam And it is hereby further Covenanted Granted Concluded and agreed by and between all the Partys afs.d to these Presents and every of them for themselves and their Heirs Respectively that the same Recovery and Recoverys and all Recoverys Settlements and Assurances had or to be had made Levyed executed or suffered by or between the Partys afs.d or any of them of for or concerning the afs.d herein and hereby described Granted and Released Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances contained within the Lines and Boundarys afs.d or any part thereof shall be and Enure and shall be deemed Adjudged Construed and taken to be and Enure to and for the only proper use of the afs.d James Baxter his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever And that the same James Baxter from and immediately after the suffering and Executing the Recovery or Recoverys afs.d shall by Virtue thereof and of these Presents stand and by Lawfully Seized of and in the same herein and hereby Granted Released and Described Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances and every Part and Parcell thereof to the proper use of him the same James Baxter his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to or for no other use intent or (Purpose) |
