582) Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Partys afs.d have hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands and Seals the day and year first above Written James Baxter Seal On the Back of the aforegoing Mich.l Earle Seal Deed was thus Endorst his Viz.t Sealed and Delivered Joseph I Earle Seal in Presence of mark R.d Tilghman Maryland fs Be it Remembred that on the Ninth Day of May Anno Dom One Thousand seven hundred and forty Nine Personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Joseph Earle and acknowledged within Deed wrote on one Sheet and half a Sheet of Paper and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right of the within named Michael Earle his Heirs and Assigns to and for the uses and Purposes therein mentioned according to the form force and Effect of the same Deed 12 R.d Tilghman Recorded 24.th May 1749 Ex.d This Indenture made the first day of April in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and forty nine Between Henry Ridgely Junior of Ann Arundel County Planter of the one Part and Thomas Sparrow of the same County Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Henry Ridgely Junior for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by the said Thomas Sparrow at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath Bargained and Sold and by these Presents (doth) |
