566) with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Thomas Sparrow his Heirs and Assigns for ^to the only Use & behoof of the said Thomas Sparrow his heirs & assigns for^ Evermore And the said Thomas Knighton for himself and his Heirs the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and Singular other the Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Sparrow and his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Thomas Knighton his Heirs and Assigns and against all Persons Claiming by from or under them shall and will Warrant and Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have Interchangeably set their hands & Seals the Day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered Thomas Knighton Seal in the Presence of W.m Chapman jun.r John Inch On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Received of Thomas Sparrow the Sum of Twenty five Pounds Current Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned this thirty first Day of March 1749 Thomas Knighton Witness W.m Chapman jun.r John Inch Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within mentioned Thomas Knighton and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within mentioned Thomas Sparrow according to true intent of the said Deed and the Act of Assembly in that case made and Provided Acknowledged before me this 31 Day of March 1749 Robert Gordon April 3.d 1749 Then Reced four Shillings Sterling for an Alienation 9 fine of the within Land for the use of the Lord Baltimore by Order of Benjamin Tasker Esq.r by Tho.s Franklin Recorded 13.th April 1749 |
