       and their several and Respective Heirs in manner following Vide licet unto
       Samuel Lockwood two hundred Acres of the said Tract to be laid out for him
       at his Choice and Election at either End of the said Land where he  
       should Choose and to the said Thomas Knighton One Hundred Acres
       one other part of the said Tract to be laid out for him and his Heirs where
       he should Choose the same to Samuel Brown one Hundred Acres other
       Part of the said Land to be laid out for him where he should Choose and
       Thomas Sparrow the Remaining One Hundred Acres Part and Residue
       of the said Tract of Land Now this Indenture Witnesseth that
       the said Thomas Knighton for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       Twenty five Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid
       by the said Thomas Sparrow Party to these Presents before the Sealing
       and Delivery thereof the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof doth fully clearly and
       Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Thomas Sparrow
       his Exors and Adm.rs by these Presents and for Divers other Good
       Causes and Considerations him thereunto moving he the said Thomas
       Knighton hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe
       and Confirm unto the said Thomas Sparrow and his Heirs all that one
       Hundred Acres of Land part of the afs.d Tract called James's Park so as
       afs.d Given to the said Thomas Sparrow and his Heirs by his said Mother
       Mary Knighton with the Appurtenances lying and being in Baltimore
       County afs.d and all and singular the Houses Buildings and Improvements
       to the same belonging and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Right Estate Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said Thomas Knighton of in and to all and singular the said
       Premisses and of into every part and Parcel of them To have and to
       hold the said One hundred Acres of Land and all and Singular other
       the Premisses herein before mentioned and Intended to be hereby Granted
