561) Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed And by these Presents Doth Absolutely and Freely Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto this the said Daniel Dulany Benjamin Tasker Jun.r and Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon and Charles Carroll Son of Daniel Carroll aforesaid All that Tract or Parcell of Land called Yeates's Forbearance Situate and being in Baltimore County near the falls of Patapsco River Beginning at a Bounded Black Oak on the s.d Main Falls and runs thence North West Ten Perches to the Land formerly laid out for Capt.n John Pierce then North East two hundred and Seventy two Perches then South South East One hundred and Twenty five Perches then with a Streight Line bounding on the River to the first Bounded Tree containing and now laid out for One hundred and forty Acres of Land more or less according to the Patent thereof together with all and Singular the Buildings Woods Improvements and Appurtenances thereon or thereto in any wise belonging or Appertaining To have and to hold unto them the said Daniel Dulany Benjamin Tasker and Charles Carroll Esq.r Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon and Charles Carroll Son of Daniel Carroll ^afs.d^ them and their Heirs and Assigns for Ever in fifth Parts as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants to take by Survivorship And the said Thomas Co^c^key as well for himself as his Heirs Exors or Adm.rs Doth Covenant and Agree to and with them the s.d Daniel Dulany Benjamin Tasker and Charles Carroll Esq.rs Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon and Charles ^Carroll^ Son of Daniel Carroll afs.d them or either of them their or either of their Heirs or Assigns that the said Thomas Cockey his Heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter well and truely Warrant and for Ever defend the said Tract of Land called Yeates Forbearance with its Appurtenances unto them the said Daniel Dulany Chyrurgeon and Charles Carroll Son of Daniel Carroll afs.d their Heirs and Assigns for (Ever) |
