       Ever as well against him the said Thomas Cockey his Heirs and
       Assigns as also against any Pson or Psons Claiming of by from
       or under him or Thomas Cockey of Ann Arundel County Deceas'd

Ex.d This Indenture made the Eighth Day of April in the Year of our
       Lord 1749 Between Samuel Harrison of Calvert County Gent of the
       one Part and Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r of the other Part
       Whereas the said Samuel Harrison by a certain Deed or Writing by him duly
       Executed Bearing date the Eighth Day of March last past Reciting
       that Whereas the s.d Samuel Harrison by Deed of Bargain and Sale
       had made Over Sold & Conveyed unto James Russell and James Weems
       for the Consideration of three Hundred and fifty Pounds Sterl a Tract
