       and one penny half penny Sterling for his Lordships use
       (it being the Alienation fine in the within mentioned
       four hundred and fifty one Acres and an half Acre of Land)
       by Virtue of a Commission from Benj.a Tasker Esq.r his
12 1/2 said Lordships Agent and Receiver General

Ex.d This Indenture made this Twenty Ninth Day of December
       in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and forty
       Eight Between Thomas Cockey of Baltimore County on the one
       Part and Daniel Dulany Esq.r Benjamin Tasker Jun.r and
       Charles Carroll Esq.rs and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis
       Chyrurgeon and Charles Carroll Son and Heir of Daniel Carroll
       of Duddington Manor in Prince Georges County Deceas'd on the
       other Part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Cockey as well for
       and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Pounds Sterling Money
       of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Daniel Dulany
       Tasker and Carrolls and for divers good Causes and Considerations
       him thereunto moving Hath Granted Bargained Sold
