Ex.d  This Indenture made the Thirtieth Day of March
        in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and forty five between
       James Johnson of Annapolis Merchant of the one part and Benj.a
       Tasker the Younger of Annapolis Esq.r of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said James Johnson for and in Consideration of five Shillings
       Current money ^of Maryland^ to him in hand paid by the said Benj.a Tasker
       the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargaind
       Sold made over and confirmed and by these presents doth
       bargain Sell and make over and Confirm unto the said Benj.a
       Tasker all that Tract or parcell of Land Lying in Prince
       Georges County Called Good Hope Containing According
       to the grant thereof one hundred and thirty two Acres of Land more
       or Less and Butted and Bounded as follows Viz Beginning at
       a Bounded White Oak Tree standing by the side of a small
       ^run that^ Runns into Pine Creek and on the East Side Bigg Pipe Creek and
       Running thence North fifty Degrees East three hundred and
       twenty P.s thence North fifty Degrees West Sixty P.s
       thence South fifty Degrees West three hundred and Ninety P.s
       and thence by a Streight line to the beginning together with
       all Buildings Improvements Proffits Commodities and
       advantages thereunto belonging or appertaining To have
       and to hold to him the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs
       and assigns for ever to the uses and purposes to be by the said
       Benj.a Tasker Expressed and Declared by Indorsement on these
       Presents and ^to^ no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and
       the said Ja.s Johnson for himself & his heirs doth covenant
       promise and agree to and with the said Benj.a Tasker his
