       County being part of Procter's Park Containing five
       Hundred and Eighteen Acres in the whole To have and to
       hold to him the said Robert Gray his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns
       for and During the Term of Seven Years from the fifth
       day of November last to be fully Compleat and Ended the
       said Robert Gray his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns Yielding
       and Paying unto the said Charles Hammond his Heirs
       or Assigns the Rent of Six Hundred Pounds of good
       Inspected Tobacco or three Pounds fifteen Shillings
       Current Money of Maryland at the Choice of the said
       Charles Hammond his Heirs or Assigns on the fifth
       Day of November Yearly and every Year during the
       said Term without any Deduction Whatsoever
       Provided always that the said Robert Gray shall not
       Commit any Waste or Sale of any of the Timber grown
       or Growing on the Premisses but may cut down and use
       what may be necessary for any Building or Improvement
       on the Premisses or for Cask to be used for his Tobacco
       or other use on the Premisses And the said Robert Gray
       for himself his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns doth
       Covenant and Agree to and with the said Charles
       Hammond to pay the Rent above Reserved as the same
       shall become Due ^And^ at the Expiration of the said Term
       to deliver up the Premisses and the Improvements made
       or to be made thereon in good Order and Tenantable
       Condition In Witness whereof the said Parties have to
       these Presents Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals
       the Day & year first above Written
