Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty fifth day of October
       in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and forty
       Eight Between Darby Lux of Baltimore County Merchant
       of the one part and John Howard son of Gideon of Ann Arundel
       County Planter of the other part Witnesseth that the said
       John Howard for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty Pounds
       Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said
       Darby Lux the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and of every part and Parcell thereof doth fully
       clearly and Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and discharge the
       said Darby Lux his Exors and Adm.rs by these Presents and
       for Divers other Good Causes and Considerations him thereunto
       moving he the said John Howard hath Granted Bargained Sold
       Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth
       Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the
       said Darby Lux and his Heirs all that Tract or Parcell of
       Land called Hunting Lott Containing One Hundred and fifty
       Nine Acres lying and being in Prince Georges County which
       said Tract of Land was Granted to the said John Howard by
       Patent bearing Date the Sixteenth day of February in the
       Year of our Lord Seventeen Hundred and forty five as by the
       said Patent Reference being thereunto had may more fully appear
       And     all and Singular the Houses Buildings and Improvements
       thereon or to the same belonging and also the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Right Estate Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of
       him the said john Howard of in and to all and Singular the said
       Premisses of in and to every part and Parcell of them
       To have and to hold the said Land and all and Singular
       the Premisses herein before mentioned and Intended to be
       hereby Granted with their and every of their Appurtenances
