14 1/2 Case made and Provided

       Recorded 16.th Nov.r 1748


Ex.d Whereas John Philpot and John Hutchinson of London
       Merchants did by an Instrument Bearing Date the
       16.th Day of April 1747 Constitute and appoint Onorio
       Razolini of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland
       their True and Lawfull Attorney with Power to Substitute
       one or more Attorneys under him as by the said Power of
       Attorney Referrence being thereunto had may more fully and
       at large appear Now Know all Men by these
       Presents that I Onorio Razolini by Virtue of the Power to
       me Delegated by the said Letter or Attorney do Substitute
       and Appoint and in any Place and Stead put Benedict
       Calvert and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Esq.r      
       to Do and Act in every thing on behalf of John Philpot and
       John Hutchinson and to have the same Power and Authority
       which I myself have by Virtue of the said Letter of
       Attorney to all Intents and Purposes And I do hereby
       Ratifye and Confirm every Thing which the said Benedict
       Calvert or Charles Carroll shall Lawfully do in Consequence
       of the said Power to me Granted In Witness whereof I
       have hereunto set my hand and Seal this fifteenth day
       of November Anno Dom 1748
