510) do give Grant Bargain make Over and Confirm unto the said Richard Bennett all that Moiety or half part of that Tract or Manor of Land in Cecil County called Augustin or S.t Augustins Manor which Philemon Loyd Esq.r deceased Purchased from Matthias Vanbebber and the said Matthias Vanbebber from Ephraim Augustin Hennan by Whatsoever Name or Names the same hath been Reputed and taken and Whatsoever number or Quantity of Acres the same doth Contain To have and to hold to him the said Richard Bennett his Heirs or Assigns for Ever to his and their own use and to no ^o^ther use or Purpose Whatsoever And the said Daniel Dulany and Henrietta Maria his Wife for themselves and their Heirs Covenant & agree to and with the Said Richard his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents that he the said Richard Bennett his Heirs and Assigns shall and may from time to time for ever hereafter have hold and Peaceably Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the Premisses with the Appurtenances and every part thereof of free and Uninterrupted from any Claim or Demand from the said Daniel Dulany or the Heirs of the s.d Henrietta Maria or any other Person Claiming from by or Under the said Daniel Dulany or the Heirs of the said Henrietta Maria or any of them In Witness whereof the said Daniel Dulany and Henrietta Maria have to these Presents set their hands the day and year above Written Sealed & Delivered D Dulany Seal In Presence of Hen Mar Dulany Seal W.m Rogers Dan.l Dulany Jun.r W.m Wilkins On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t August 13.th 1748 Recd from Richard Bennett Esq.r five Pounds Current Money being the Consideration within mentioned D Dulany £ 5 Witnesses PSent (Dan.l) |
