       Estates Intents or Purposes in the said Deed Lim^i^tted or Expressed
       as by the same Deed Remaining on Record in the Provincial Records
       of Maryland and in the Land Records of Cecil County Relation being
       thereunto had may appear Now Know ye that We the said Daniel
       and Henrietta Maria Dulany for Divers Good Causes us thereunto
       moving by this our Deed or Writing Under our hands and Seals
       Attested by the Persons whose Names are here Under Written as
       Witnesses in Pursuance and in Virtue of the Power and Authority
       to us Reserved in and by the said Deed and by Virtue of all
       Powers and Authorities Enabling us thereunto Revoke Annull
       and make Void all and every the Use and Uses Estate and Estates
       and Trusts in and by the said Deed and We do hereby Declare
       them and every of them to be Utterly Null and Void to all Intents
       and Purposes In Witness Whereof We hereunto set our hands &
       Seals this Twelfth Day of August in the year of our Lord Seventeen

       the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and forty
       Eight Between Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r and Henrietta
       Maria his Wife of the one part and Richard Bennett of Queen
       Annes County Esq.r of the other part Witnesseth that the said
       Daniel Dulany and Henrietta Maria his Wife for and in Consideration
       of five Pounds Current Money of Maryland to the said
       Daniel Dulany by the said Richard Bennett in hand paid the
       Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for Divers other
       good Causes and Considerations them the said Daniel Dulany &
       Henrietta Maria his Wife thereunto moving Have Given Granted
       Bargained Sold made Over and Confirmed And by these Presents
