       in Contempt of the Court & make Default so that thereupon
       one or more common recovery or recoverys with Double Voucher
       over may be had Suffered & Executed & all & every other thing
       & things Done & perfected needfull & necessary for the haveing
       Suffering & Perfecting the Recovery or Recoverys af.d according
       to the Course of common recoverys in such Cases used & that the same
       Recovery or Recoverys shall be Executed by Writ or Writs of Habere
       facias seizinam And it is hereby further Covenanted granted
       Concluded & agreed by & between the partys af.d to these presents
       & every of them for themselves & their heirs respectively that the
       same Recovery & Recoverys & all Recoverys Settlements and
       assurances had or to be had made leveyed Executed or Suffered
       by or between the parties af.d or any of them of or for the af.d
       Moeity of the Tract of Land called Howards Gift with the
       appurtenances or any part thereof shall be & enure & Shall be
       Deemed adjudged & taken to be made to & for the Sole & proper
       use of the af.d James Calder his heirs & Assigns for ever & that
       the said James Calder from & immediatly after the suffering
       & Executing the Recovery & Recoverys af.d shall by virtue
       thereof & after these presents stand & be lawfully seized of & in  
       the same Moeity of the af.d Tract of Land called Howards
       Gift with the appurtenances to & for the proper use of him
       the same James Calder or his heirs & Assigns for ever & to or for
       no other use intent or purpose whatsoever in Witness whereof
       the partys af.d have hereunto Interchangebly Sett their hands &
       Seales the Day & Year first above written
