       Wilkinson & James Calder the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       & for Diverse other goods causes & Considerations him thereunto
       moveing Hath granted remised released & Confirmed & by these
       presents doth grant remise release & Confirm unto the same Thomas
       Wilkinson in his actual possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain & Sale
       to him thereof made for one year by Indenture bearing Date the Day
       next before the Day of the Date of these presents & by Virtue of the
       Statute made for transferring Uses into possession & to his heirs and
       assigns all the af.d undivided Moeity or half part of the Tract of Land af.d
       called Howards Gift with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
       To have & to hold all & Singular the same Moeity of the Tract of
       Land called Howards Gift with the appurtenances unto the same
       Thomas Wilkinson his heirs & assigns for ever to the intent & purpose
       that the same Thomas Wilkinson may become perfect Tennant of
       the Freehold of the moeity of the Tract of Land called Howards
       Gift with the appurtenances whereby one or more common recovery
       or recoverys shall & may thereof be had & Suffered in manner & form
       hereafter following for which intent & purpose it is hereby covenanted
       granted concluded & agreed upon by & between all the partys af.d to
       these presents that it shall & may be lawfull to & for the af.d James
       Calder to bring & Prosecute against the same Thomas Wilkinson one
       or more Writ or Writs of entry Sur Disseisin en le post returnable
       before the Justices of the Prov.l Court of Maryland af.d at a Court
       to be held for the same Province at the City of Annapolis the second
       Tuesday of April next ensueing the Date hereof of & for the af.d
       Moeity of the Tract of Land af.d called Howards Gift with the
       appurtenances to which said Writ or Writs the same Thomas Wilkinson
       shall appear gratis & Vouch to Warranty thereof the same Nathan.l
       Wright party to these presents who shall also appear & enter into
       Warranty & Vouch over the common Vouchee who shall also appear
       & enter into warranty for the af.d hereby granted premisses with
       the appurtenances & shall then imparle & afterwards Depart
