       said Thomas Maynard his Heirs and Assigns that he the said William
       Turner the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses abovementioned
       with the Appurtenances to the said Thomas Maynard his Heirs and
       Assigns against him the said William Turner and his Heirs and
       against all and every other Person or Persons Claiming under him
       shall and will Warrant and for Ever defend by these Presents
       In Witness whereof the said William Turner hath hereunto
       set his Hand and Seal the day and year above Written

       William Turner before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships
       Justices of Prince Georges County and acknowledged the within
       Deed to be his Act and Deed for the use of the within named
       Thomas Maynard and Dinah the Wife of the said William Turner
       being privately examined out of the Hearing of her said Husband declared
       that she acknowledged the within Deed Willingly & freely
       without being induced thereto by Fear Threats or Ill Usage of
       her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure Acknowledged
       according to the form of the Act of Assembly in that Case made
       and Provided Before us the day and year af.d
