X.d Maryland fs This Indenture made the Twenty sixth day
       of July in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and
       Forty eight Between Henelm Truman Greenfield of S.t Mary's
       County Gentleman and Margaret his Wife and George Maxwell
       of Charles County Merchant of the one part and Gerard Trueman
       Greenfield of S.t Marys County Gentleman of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said Henelm Trueman Greenfield and
       Margaret his Wife and George Maxwell for and in Consideration
       of the Several Sums of five Shillings Currency by the said
       Gerard Trueman Greenfield to them Severally in hand paid at or
       before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt
       whereof they do hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom
       Do ^hereby^ Respectively release Acquit and Discharge the said
       Gerard Trueman Greenfield his Executors and Administrators
       Have and each of them Hath Granted Bargained and Sold
       and by these Presents Do and each of them Doth Grant
       Bargain and Sell unto the said Gerard Trueman Greenfield
       his Exors Adm.rs & Assigns All those Several Tracts or
       Parcells of Land following to wit all that Tract or Parcell
       of Plantable Land called Truemans Hope Situate lying &
       being in S.t Marys County Containing by Patent of Confirmation
       One Hundred and twenty five Acres and All
       that Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land Situate lying &
       being in S.t Marys County being part of a Tract formerly
       Granted to Thomas Trueman Esq.r called Indian Creek
       with Addition Containing one Hundred and fifty one Acres
       as by Indenture dated the Twentieth day of May One
       Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Between
