Ex.d   This Indenture Tripartite made this first Day of
       March in the year of our Lord Christ one Thousand seven hundred
       and forty four Between Nathaniel Wright of the City of Philadelphia
       Joyner Eldest Son of Solomon Wright late of Queen Anns
       County in the Province of Maryland & Elizabeth his Wife both
       Deceased which said Elizabeth was one of the Daughters &
       Devisees of John King late of Talbot County Deceased of the
       first part Thomas Wilkinson of Queen Anns County in the same
       Province Gentleman of the second part & James Calder of Chester
       Town in the same Province Attorney at Law of the third part
       Witnesseth that the said Nathaniel Wright as well for the
       docking barring & cutting of all Estates Tail Reversions Remainders
       & all other Estate & Estates terms & Interest heretofore created
       limited & Declared of for in or concerning one undivided Moeity
       or half part of that Tract or parcell of Land which the appurtenances
       thereunto belonging called Howards Gift scituate & being formerly
       in Cecil County but now in Kent County in the province af.d
       Beginning at a marked Poplar tree standing on the South Side
       of a Branch called poplar Branch being the Northermost Bounds
       of a Tract of Land taken up for Ellias King & W.m Harris
       & called by the name of Poplar Farm & running from the said
       tree North North West one hundred & fifty P.s & from thence
       with a Line East North East three hundred & twenty P.s & then
       with a line Drawn from the end of the East North East line South
       South East one hundred & fifty P.s & from thence with a line
       Drawn to the aforementioned Poplar tree Standing on the
       South Side of Poplar branch containing & laid out for
       three hundred Acres of Land more or less & for the Settling and
       assuring the same undivided moeity of the said Tract of Land
       called Howards Gift with the appurtenances to & for the uses
       intent & purposes here ^in^ & hereby after limited expressed mentioned
       & Declared as for & in Consideration of the sum of forty five
       Pounds Current money of Maryland af.d to him the same
       Nathaniel in hand already paid by the same Thomas
