477) Charles Carroll hereunto Especially moving hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Release Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Nicholas Maccubbin and his Heirs all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Addition to Charleys Forest Situate lying and being in Prince ^Georges County^ in the Province af.d which was Conveyed to the said Charles Carroll by Michael Taylor and Margaret his Wife and John Bradford of the said Prince Georges County Containing as by Patent thereof Fourteen Hundred and Seventy Acres of Land be the same more or less also a Piece of Ground next Adjoyning to the Cove and within the said Charles Carrolls Inclosure in the City of Annapolis Beginning at a Stone marked N M 1747 about forty feet from the South East ^end^ of Daniel Dulany Esq.r Ware House and Running Down the said Cove for Length forty feet to a Post ^then^ from the said Post Twenty feet to the Water then Running up and binding with the said Cove forty feet in Length then with a Streight Line to the first Beginning Stone Containing and now laid out for Eight Hundred Square feet of Ground be the same more or less and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders of all and Singular the said Premisses and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand Whatsoever of the said Charles Carroll of in and to the same and of in and to the same and of in and to any part or Parcell thereof To have And to hold the said Tract of Land and Parcell of Ground and all and Singular the ^s.d^ Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances and every part and Parcell thereof unto him the s.d Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and assigns for ever And the said Charles Carroll and his Heirs Doth Covenant and Agree to & with the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Nicholas Maccubbin shall and may Quietly and peaceably have hold Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the Premisses without any Let Molestation or Disturbance of him the said Charles Carroll or his Heirs or any other Person or Persons Whatsoever Claiming by from or Under him In Witness whereof the said Charles Carroll hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the Day and year above (Written) |
